ABOUTUS
We have recently started a Youth Central at Sandy. It takes place every other week on a Wednesday evening from 6-7pm at Sandy Youth Centre. Anyone aged 13-18 that cares about the local community in Sandy is welcome to attend.
We will continue to update this page on what the group are doing and their priorities as the group develops.
Community Litter Pick
On the 30th March Sandy Youth Central organised a community litter pick in Sandy. We invited members of the community to join in to help keep Sandy tidy and protect the local wildlife.
The day was a great success with a few members of the local community giving their support, including some local councillors. We managed to pick-up a number of bags of litter to help clean-up the local area.
